North America (4 bird cams)
#1. Akron, Ohio
This live camera watches my bird feeding station! It’s located at the back of the yard, just on the edge of the woods where the grass meets some trees. Nearby is a small swamp that attracts many wetland birds and also an open field with many native flowers. I live in northeast Ohio, near the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

On most days, you can expect to see a wide variety of bird species, and my cam provides a great way to learn the common birds of the eastern United States. The birds and animals certainly eat a lot of food, and I am currently spending about $250/month to keep the feeders full. 🙂
Make sure to check out my second LIVE camera, which watches the animals BELOW my bird feeders.

#2. Birmingham, Alabama
This LIVE bird feeder cam is located in Birmingham, Alabama (USA), and is hosted by Ken.

Ken is recently retired from real estate banking. He has grown kids and enjoys wildlife photography, playing and recording music, golf, and traveling with his wife. You can view Ken’s photography on his website.
Ken’s house is in a suburban neighborhood, southeast of downtown Birmingham, AL along the U.S. Hwy 280 corridor. There are lots of deciduous trees around, which attracts a variety of wildlife. The houses in the neighborhood are VERY close to one another with narrow but deep lots. I’m amazed at the amount of diversity he gets in a busy, residential area.
