I have been very happy with Kim’s Nails since I started going there back in October. They always do a great job and are the first salon in this area that I can walk into with a picture and they can duplicate exactly what I want. They work as a team which usually cuts the amount of time I am there in half. Definitely recommend Kim and her talented team!

It’s hard to find a nail salon that takes their time to ensure you are happy with the results. You don’t feel rushed. I showed the nail artist a photo of what I wanted and she replicated it exactly! Excellent customer service, friendly staff and owner! GORGEOUS NAILS!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!!!

I’ve had pedicures at Kim’s. They all do a phenomenal pedicure. I had Gels last visit. I always leave feeling better with the feet, I inherited!! My feet are difficult at best. I certainly can not do them. I love this place!

First experience with this salon and I was rushed in and out the door. I asked for a manicure with my own dip powder and asked for round nails. Instead of being told they were unable to use my color they did it anyway left me lumpy and drilled my nails down so thin they burn. I also walked out with square nails and a $70 bill for a 14 minute visit. Yes, 14 minutes. Will not be returning.

I got my nails done here for the first time a little over a week ago and I loved them. I just needed a fill but they have a ton of color choices and I was very impressed with how they came out. However unfortunately one of my nails broke. I went back to the salon and Kim was doing someone’s nails, as well as her daughter was doing someone’s. I said one of my nails broke do you have time to fix it. She stared at me and yelled she didn’t have time for me, so I asked okay when do you have time, and she yelled the same thing again that she was booked and didnt have time nor would she give me a time to come in. She was extremely rude and I don’t understand why. I have only been there one time. She lost a good customer, I will never ever go back again.

Went here for months, acrylic nails never last more than 2 weeks. Shortest they lasted was only one day before breaking. They would start lifting after 1 week. When I mentioned this to them the lady got angry and told me it wasn’t her fault, and then proceeded to speak another language to her daughter for the entirely of my appointment, and even though I couldn’t I understand her words it was obvious she was making fun of me. And she kept stopping and telling me reasons it wasn’t her fault but actually mien that they broke. Never going back. Went to another place and my nails lasted a month before needing to be filled.
