Very unprofessional at best!!
I was told I had massage & the works what a joke!! I would absolutely say it didn't happen. I spoke to another woman sitting next to me during dry time. She mentioned how she loved her massage & I said, "What massage?" I showed her the bottoms of my feet & she agreed that they were not done! I was not in a trance. I knew exactly what she did NOT do.
The person who replied to my issues said that I was there for 60 minutes or more. Yes, due to the 20-minute dry time.
A quick slap of cream on my calves in a minute time, 2 rags wrapped around my calves, no nail clipping, all were left at variable lengths uneven, & no scrub. I told them before I left, but I guess they couldn't understand! Yea, sure!
The man?ager or whoever answered my chat complaint sent a thumbs up in a mocking style. How lovely. Don't waste your money. My regular place wasn't opened. I had no choice but to hit up this facility:/ poor choice. The Pedicurist/Manicurist was either brand new or not trained properly whatsoever. She obviously thought I couldn't see straight, wanted to get to the next victim, then smoke a butt!

I have gone here 3 times and they have messed up my nails every single time. First time I asked for a light blue and they have me the brightest blue they had. Second time I got colored French and when one of the associates was putting on the clear acrylic and a piece of his brush bristle fell on my nail and instead of taking it off a piece of hair was in my nail and u can see it clear of day. And I just went 2 days ago and 3 of my nails are different shapes, my right ring finger is shorter than my left and ring finger and my thumb are different shape and size, the worker that was doing my nails he measured my ring finger with my pinky finger and when I told him he said that's ok. The appointment felt very awkward and rushed and they usually put lotion on your hands but the associate was saying how my hands are dry and I was basically pushed out the door

We had an appointment on 11/20 for four friends at 10am.. this was the first time we had ever had an issue with them.. I arrived at 950 and the lady was running the foot water and was telling me to come on.. I said no, I waiting on three other friends.. three of us climbed in our chairs at 10 and they didn't have enough employees to do our pedicures at the same time.. I had three different employees working on my pedicure at different times because the employee has to go start someones nails? Of course they post for cash tips and we all know why.. very disappointed this time.. DONT MAKE FOUR PEDICURE APPOINTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME IF YOU DONT HAVE THE EMPLOYEES TO DO A SERVICE .. OR THEY OVERBOOKED MAYBE THIS IS WHY YOU ONLY HAVE THREE STARS!!!

If I had the option of zero starts, that is what I would have given. I tried this place twice. First time I went , got a manicure and gel painting. My nails chipped within two days. I went back and had the fixed. The second time I went I asked for a polish change. On their menu it stated a polish change is $15. I was charged $30. The owner refused to give me a refund. He finally said he will give me a $5 refund instead of the full amount. I do not recommend this establishment, nor will I ever return there.

Sunny Mails and Spa is so accommodating! You call and they get you right in! Excellent pedicure I had, best one so far! I recommend the Sunny pedicure! So relaxing and the technician so skilled and gentle! Very personable My two daughters had their nails done and loved the end results!
